Aberystwyth
Nature is a constant theme throughout my work. Aberystwyth was my choice of place for University. A town on the coast of Wales with a beautiful landscape to inspire my creativity. What grabbed me most here, was the rock formations and exposed strata on the beach; twisted, turned, split apart and sandwiched back together, all now visible due to the weathering of the waves crashing down. This body of work aimed to capture both the wild and untamed beauty of nature and the impact it had upon the old fishing boats.
